EVO Band is a band formed from some of the musicians who had fame with "big names" of their earlier music career. They are Erwin Prast (ex base Dewa 19/Nukla), Anga former keyboardist Venus Bullet), Didier Saad (former guitarist Plastik), Ronald (former drummer GIGI), and Adniel (former guitarist Base Jam). Before releasing their first album, an audition was held for the quest for a vocalist who will be able to "compensate" the big names and expertise of all these famous musicians. Auditions are made a reality show that was broadcast by a private television in Indonesia, titled "Reincarnation". The name is taken, because the EVO and Reincarnation means the same, which is rebirth or a massive change. From this reality show auditions, elected Elda, which is unique in terms of vocals as well as appearance.
